Rupi360 is a product of Elytri AI Innovations Private Limited, Bengaluru, India ("we", "us"). This notice explains what we collect on rupi360.com and why, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- What you enter in the waitlist form: name, email, whether you are an agency, freelancer or individual, team size, country and, if you choose, a WhatsApp number.
- How you reached us: campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), the referring page and the page you landed on.
- Anonymous usage analytics through Google Analytics, used to understand which pages and campaigns work.
Why we collect it
Only to tell you when Rupi360 launches, invite you to early access, share occasional product updates, and understand who Rupi360 should be built for. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Consent and your choices
We contact you only if you tick the consent box. You can withdraw consent, ask to see your data, correct it or have it deleted at any time by writing to hello@elytri.com. Every email we send will also carry an unsubscribe option.
Where it is stored
Waitlist data is stored with Supabase and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both are security-certified providers that process data on our behalf. We keep waitlist data until launch and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
